Cherish Every Connection With Chablis

Taking a sip from a crisp glass of Chablis always reminds me of long sun filled beach walks with the wind in your hair, and the excitement of potential new friendships and sparkling conversations.
With its lingering mineral, crisp, and elegant aftertaste, I decided to pair it, with not the traditional option of fish and chicken, but something more exciting and slightly different.
So for the perfect Spring dish to share with family and friends – why not try a Beet, Fennel and Blood Orange Salad ?
It’s easy to prepare and is the ideal dish for that special bright fun-filled Spring day.
The beet and fennel perfectly compliment its pebbly mineral notes, while the orange makes a lasting connection with its zingy acidic side.

How To Make.

Boil fresh beet for 10 minutes.

Peel and slice 2 blood oranges

Make a tasty dressing by adding olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and red wine vinegar.

Slice fennel and add some fresh flat parsley.
