After spending two evenings on bended knees painting some floor boards white, today I’m having a little white on white moment with my two life obsessions – clothes and interiors. It’s a crisp clean look for this season that … Continue reading
A white shirt is a neccesity in any wardrobe at this time of year . Perfect for wearing under those much loved short sleeved tops that it’s not quite warm enough to wear on their own yet.
I nearly always wear this layered look with a statement necklace and a pair of heels, as I feel the whole outfit is more pulled together – and you’re ready for anything the day brings.
Have a lovely weekend !

I’m completely in love with this range of floral wallpaper from Ellie Cashman Design. This is perfect as a statement on a wall in any large room or can be used to transform a tiny bathroom or office.

When I was on holiday this month, I realised that there was a large gap in my wardrobe. While lounging in a warm sunny climate, one thing you don’t want to do is lug around a heavy leather bag. … Continue reading
I spent Saturday in Heathrow Airport with the lovely Isobel from NHJ Style Consultancy giving style tips to passengers in T5. With a selection of this season’s collections from Ted Baker and Harrods, there was plenty on our rails to suit everybody.

My son is very obsessed with our cat George at the moment, although I can’t say the feelings are mutual. This cat is very wary of a sticky fingered toddler, and who could blame him.
I bought this Reiss jumpsuit with me last week for my holidays and it proved really versatile. Boy, am I missing my golden sandy beach this week !
The jumpsuit is a great dress alternative for trouser lovers who need something dressy for evening wear, just add heels and a colourful belt and hey presto, an outfit in one.
For a more sober day time look, wear with a blazer which will sharpen its slightly loose fitting form.
Distressed denim is having a moment this season and if you are a regular reader, you’ll know from some of my personal outfit posts that I’m quite a fan.
In the celebrity world, which as we know has a huge influence on brand popularity , nobody does distressed denim as well as fashionista Olivia P.
She’s wearing the ankle legging from AG Adriano Goldschmied which are a fab fitting brand and definitely an investment piece.
Of course, on the high street, there are much cheaper alternatives, and Topshop, Ted Baker and Zara currently have a wide choice of distressed denim.
